  • Daily organization of the kitchen process and preparation
  • Creation of the menu plan
  • Instruction of employees
  • Processing of orders & goods inspection

What you bring with you

  • Completed specialized vocational training
  • Professional experience as a sous chef or head chef or several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry
  • Taking responsibility is no problem for you
  • You have know-how about allergies and intolerances
  • Your working style is professional, you work independently, but you are also a team player
  • Good knowledge of German
