Apprenticeship in the hotel industry

Apprenticeship as a hotel specialist will give you an insight into the different departments of our hotel. For example, you will work in service, in the kitchen or at reception. This makes the apprenticeship particularly varied.

Curious?

You will spend some of your time at apprenticeship at reception. Among other things, you will welcome our guests, fulfill their wishes, answer questions and plan new reservations and offers. You will be the point of contact for many of our guests' concerns.

As a fully-fledged team member, you will work alongside our specialist staff and can pick up tips and tricks on how to deal with guests on a daily basis. Are you organized, polite and familiar with the daily tasks at our reception desk? Then you'll soon be ready to take on your own shift. Are you curious?

Physical work in the restaurant

Your profile

You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (applicants with Abitur or Fachhochschulreife can shorten the apprenticeship )

Your written and spoken German is very good
You have very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
You have a very high willingness to serve
You are flexible and can master a wide variety of tasks every day
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage in order to be able to look after foreign guests optimally
